The Street Pal has a customer-friendly return and refund policy but before you return our product please hold, We must know you that this is a hand-block-printed product and as you know a handcrafted product may have some unevenness in fabric and printing. We work hard to manufacture the best quality product and inspected it carefully before shipping it but it is still handmade you cannot compare it with a machine-made product. You should not think an irregular printing or weaving as a defect. Inequality is a sign of handicraft products.
Still, if you have any major complaint about our product quality or received damaged goods we will replace your product please note there are only two circumstances valid for returning a product otherwise return cannot be possible.
- Any quality and defect issue. (Color variation “Dark or Light” will not be covered)
- Product as per not your order.
Note :- products are not eligible for return which were ordered using ‘COUPON CODE’ , ‘In Offer’ , ‘STOCK CLEARANCE’ and Any other Bonanza scheme. Also item should be unwashed & unstitched.
In case you receive a damaged/defective product, you should have notified us within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to [email protected]
with images of defective/damaged products along with order no. within 24 hours of delivery. (Please mention order no. in subject line)
Items must be returned in the original condition it will be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items without tags, labels, and bills will not be accepted.
- You must maintain the original packaging of the item to be returned, including tags. It should be packed well to prevent any loss in transit.
- We will confirm you by email on receiving your package.
- After the receipt of product, your request of refund will be processed.
- If you want to refund from us your returning amount should take 7 to 10 days to credit in your bank account.
- In condition of refund , we will send you a confirmation e-mail after doing it.
- The return shipping charges will not be covered by us, in the condition of return if we are not in fault.
- Complete Process of Return will be managed by the customer.
- The customer has to ship It (Return Product) Themselves.
- Return Charges will be born by Jaipur Bazar In condition, If we are at fault. ( Actual Courier Charges OR Rs. 100/- Whichever is Lower )
